What each role entails

Analyst level (Analyst and Senior Analyst)

Foundational Skills: Analysts are tasked with supporting the development and delivery of high-quality project materials and client deliverables with the support of senior team members.

Consultant level (Consultant and Senior Consultant)

Project Management skills: Consultants are responsible for managing projects, overseeing junior team members in project delivery, and owning direct interactions with clients with guidance from senior team members.

Manager level (Manager and Senior Manager)

Commercial and Team Management skills: Managers are responsible for owning relationships with clients and for the development and delivery of projects to the highest of standards, with guidance from senior team members where required.
