Roumteen has worked across research and business functions in the pharmaceutical industry since 2009. He has experience across the pharmaceutical value chain, including target identification and lead selection in pre-clinical research, R&D and Medical organisation design, and development of EU market access strategies for healthcare products.
Roumteen spent 4 years working with the early R&D team at MedImmune (now AstraZeneca). Roumteen holds an MEng, MRes and a Doctorate in Biochemical Engineering from University College London.
